I love website flipping and I’m selling another microwebsite. I ran my 3rd or 4th cohort of my website flipping group coaching last month where I demonstrated how to build, grow, and flip a website. This month is the flip and I’m days away from the potential sale!

How to flip websites
When you think about website flipping, many people might shy away from the thought. If you’re not internet savvy or tech savvy, you might shudder thinking about building a website but, the truth is, it’s easier than you think.
There’s no coding. No heavy tech skills and it’s as easy as following instructions for baking a cake.
I don’t know how to code but, I’ve built and sold $100K+ worth of websites!
I like to focus on microwebsites because they are easier to build and sell than seasoned sites, in my opinion. They are also a nice entry point for beginners to start flipping websites.
One of my students has sold nearly $40K in websites so far!
Why does website flipping work?
People are always looking to buy websites. Whether they need a site for a personal or business project they are working on or want to invest in a small site that they can grow and flip themselves, buyers are always there.
I’ve sold sites for $50K+ and I’ve sold sites for $100 and everything in between. There’s a buyer at every level.
For you, it’ll be a fun, money-making project that’s beginner-friendly and a cool way to make some extra money. If you profited $150 per website and sold 10 sites a month, that’s a cool $1,500 a month in extra income for you.
Scale that to 50 sites a month, and that’s $7,500/month while you’re working from home, able to be home after school for your kids, getting the chance to travel when you want and design your dream schedule and ditch your morning and after work commute.
I love it and a full-time income with website flipping is possible.
How did I start flipping websites?
It started with my first website. It was a business that I was ready to transition away from and do something new, so I thought selling it made sense. It did!
After selling that site for profit, I began blogging and flipping blogs. I have flipped blogs for $2,000+, $12,000, $7,500, etc.
I’ve built a reputation online for website flipping and I love helping other dive into this money-making project that has part-time and full-time income potential.
